Chief Executive Officer

Steve Dickson brings a career of operational experience in sales, marketing and product management. Steve was previously with Dell, Inc., where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Windows Platform Management business, as well as VP of Marketing for the Systems Infrastructure Management Group. Prior to Dell’s acquisition of Quest Software, Steve held leadership positions including SVP of the Windows Management business unit and the Identity and Access Management business unit. Before joining Quest Software in 1998, he worked for Air Liquide as a general manager. Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Weber State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University in Southern California.
Jacob Yavil

Chief Financial Officer

Jacob Yavil is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Netwrix, overseeing the company’s finance operations. Jacob’s responsibilities include financial strategy, assessment of organic and acquisition expansion opportunities, governance and risk management. He has been instrumental in the company’s growth initiatives, executing multiple acquisitions worldwide. Prior to joining Netwrix, Jacob served as CFO for Innovative. Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the Tulane University.
Steven Hollins

Steven Hollins
Chief Revenue Officer

Steven Hollins is a seasoned global sales leader with a focus in IT software for over 23yrs. During this time, Steven’s software knowledge has spanned across a multitude of areas such as Security, Compliance, IT Governance, Automation, Network, Systems, and Application Monitoring, Agile, PPM, API and Mainframe. Prior to joining Netwrix, Steven spent 3 years with Chef software where he led the global sales organization and saw them through a successful acquisition. Prior to Chef, Steven spent 20 successful years with CA Technologies leading various organizations from their Global Accounts Program, to NA MSPs, to NA Commercial Sales. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Towson and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Michael Tweddle

Michael Tweddle
Chief Product Officer

Michael Tweddle has more than 20 years of experience working in many areas of enterprise software including product management, engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services. Most recently, Michael was the President and GM of the Microsoft Platform Management business unit at Quest Software which helped organizations move, manage, and secure their Microsoft workloads and Michael directly managed all aspects of the business. Prior to Quest, Michael was the Chief Strategy Officer at BetterCloud which is a leader in the SaaS Management Platform market. Michael graduated from Texas Tech University and received a master’s degree in finance from St. Thomas University.
Anthony Chin

Anthony Chin
Chief Operating Officer

Anthony brings 15+ years of operational experience in the software industry spanning across Business Operations, Sales Strategy and Execution and Corporate go-to-market Strategies across omni-channel routes to market. Prior to joining Netwrix, Anthony held a senior level role at Adobe, Inc. covering global sales planning and execution. Prior to Adobe, Anthony also held senior leadership roles at Quest Software, Dell and Vizioncore with a common emphasis on delivering sales effectiveness and operational execution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is located in California, Bay area.
Bill Evans

Bill Evans
Chief Marketing Officer

Bill Evans brings a wealth of marketing experience to Netwrix. Previous to Netwrix, Bill served as chief marketing officer for One Identity, a global software and services provider in the identity and access management space where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing from demand creation to product and corporate positioning. Prior to One Identity, Bill held several positions at Dell as well as Quest Software ranging from senior director of product marketing for the Windows Management business and vice president and general manager for the SharePoint business unit. Bill graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a double major in Economics and Computer Studies.
Jeff Warren

Jeff Warren
Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Warren brings over a decade of experience in product management and development to the Netwrix team. Prior to joining Netwrix, Jeff was responsible for leading the product organization at Stealthbits Technologies where he helped to develop innovative, enterprise-scale security solutions. Before that, Jeff started his career as a software engineer. Now Jeff oversees the entire Netwrix product portfolio in order to offer innovative, effective, and practical solutions to today’s security problems. Jeff graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Information Systems.
Allison Inouye

Allison Inouye
VP of Technical Services

Allison Inouye is a leader with a proven track record of inspiring and developing high-performing technical teams over more than two decades. She has lead pre-sales, professional services, channels, operations and engineering and her specialty is in scaling organizations for increased revenue growth and efficiency. At Quest Software, Allison led a global R&D team supporting a $350M revenue target and drove double-digit growth in professional services at Dell Technologies. Her leadership is characterized by a passion for developing strong technical leaders and fostering collaborative environments where teams can thrive. Allison holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Acadia University.
Rachel Richart

Rachel Richart
VP of Legal & Corporate Counsel

Rachel Richart brings vast legal experience in the software industry having executed enterprise software contract negotiations, global compliance initiatives, and multiple M&A transactions. Rachel has overseen all legal functions at Netwrix from an early startup stage to present day and serves as the company's main source of legal counsel. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School. She is located in Columbus, Ohio.
John Newsom

John Newsom
VP of Business Development

John has more than 25 years of leadership experience in software and technology. Prior to Netwrix, he served as CEO of Instant Channel, whose managed platform uses vertical-specific customer intelligence to execute effective email marketing and communications campaigns. Before that, he was Executive Vice President at Veritone, Inc., helping take the company thru its IPO and launch its platform for automated analysis of unstructured audio and video streams. Earlier, John held senior leadership roles at Quest, where he helped the company grow from 44 employees and $6 million in revenue to over 4,000 employees and nearly $1 billion in revenue, leading to its 2012 acquisition by Dell. John holds a bachelor’s of science degree in computer science from California State University at Chico.
Adam Laub

Adam brings 15+ years of experience in the software industry having performed roles across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Business Operations. Prior to joining Netwrix, Adam held multiple senior management positions at Stealthbits Technologies, helping grow the company as one of the first employees from an early-stage startup to recognized leader in the data security solutions for large enterprises around the world. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Susquehanna University’s Sigmund Weis School of Business and is located in New Jersey.

VP of Global Customer Experience

Whitney Daily is a seasoned global customer success & experience leader with a deep focus in technology and software over the past 17 years. Whitney’s software knowledge spans across many areas to include ERP, CX, Business Technology Platform, Spend Management, Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management. Prior to joining Netwrix, Whitney spent 10 years with SAP where she created and established the global renewals organization, integrating over 15 cloud businesses into one unified customer renewal experience. Whitney has been recognized as the pacesetter in the industry for innovative renewal excellence & scale. Prior to SAP, Whitney spent 7 successful years as a renewal leader for SuccessFactors and a top performing sales executive at Oracle.
