Why do I need to have administrative rights to run Carry it Easy +Plus? (Discontinued)

In order to use Carry it Easy +Plus you need to have administrative rights/privileges on your Windows 2000 or Windows XP computer. Windows restricts you the use if you don’t have these privileges.
